Shipping & Returns

Made to order
Every Haghaus print is printed when you order it. Because of this, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size or color differences between screens.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted or isn’t what you ordered, I’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Email hello@haghaus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. No need to send anything back.

Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, I’m happy to reship it for the cost of shipping.

Lost packages
If tracking shows no movement for 14 days, email me and I’ll look into it with the carrier.

Processing and shipping
Prints are made and shipped within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the US. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
